Los corredores \u2013principiantes o avanzados\u2013 no est\u00e1n exentos de este mal, por eso durante su preparaci\u00f3n deben estar conscientes de que necesitan anticiparse a cualquier molestia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Si eres <\/strong><em><strong>runner<\/strong> <\/em>y ya has aceptado que llegar\u00e1 el momento en el que te atrape este monstruo denominado \u201clesi\u00f3n\u201d, entonces <strong>es momento de que pongas atenci\u00f3n a las cicno lesiones m\u00e1s comunes<\/strong> que te presentamos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Fascitis plantar<\/h2>\n<p>Esta es la m\u00e1s com\u00fan y lamentablemente una de las m\u00e1s molestas, pues cuando la tienes es como si la planta de tu pie se paralizar\u00e1: no puedes caminar bien, ni mucho menos correr.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #d6233f !important; color: #fff; text-align: center; padding: 12px; max-width: 80%; margin: 0 auto 20px;\">Es una inflamaci\u00f3n en la planta del pie que se extiende hasta el tal\u00f3n y pasa entre los dedos: sumamente inc\u00f3moda.<\/div>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se da? Es com\u00fan que esta lesi\u00f3n aparezca cuando corres demasiado (entrenas dem\u00e1s) o tal vez por el tipo de pie o calzado que est\u00e1s utilizando. Cuando llegue el malestar, lo mejor ser\u00e1 que apliques hielo y descanses durante algunos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Esguinces<\/h2>\n<p>Este es otro tipo de desgarre, pero m\u00e1s grave y puede tardar m\u00e1s tiempo en sanar. <strong>Generalmente se presenta en los tobillos;<\/strong> cuando los ligamentos se desgastan debido a alg\u00fan movimiento brusco que va en direcci\u00f3n contraria a la normal.<\/p>\n<p>Generalmente puede presentarse cuando corres en terreno uniforme: a campo traviesa, pasto o suelo desnivelado. Aqu\u00ed debes procurar pisar bien en todo momento y utilizar el calzado adecuado.<\/p>\n<h2>3. S\u00edndrome de la banda<\/h2>\n<p>Esta lesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es conocida como \u201cla rodilla de corredor\u201d y en general, a cualquier persona \u2013en cualquier deporte\u2013 le puede dar; sin embargo, es muy com\u00fan entre los corredores.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #d6233f !important; color: #fff; text-align: center; padding: 12px; max-width: 80%; margin: 0 auto 20px;\">De hecho, esta es una de las lesiones m\u00e1s graves y puede aparecer en una carrera de fondo. As\u00ed que si te est\u00e1s preparando para correr 10 o m\u00e1s kil\u00f3metros debes tener cuidado.<\/div>\n<p>El s\u00edntoma m\u00e1s evidente es una punzada en la parte externa de la rodilla: <strong>un dolor que se queda mucho tiempo y se produce por una fricci\u00f3n entre la banda iliotibia<\/strong>l y en la zona inferior del f\u00e9mur<\/p>\n<h2>4. Tir\u00f3n muscular<\/h2>\n<p>Este es un desgarre y la causa principal de esta lesi\u00f3n se debe a que hay un sobre estiramiento del m\u00fasculo, lo que impide que puedas correr y te sea inc\u00f3modo caminar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te pasamos un tip:<\/strong> para prevenir este tipo de lesi\u00f3n es esencial que siempre realices un buen calentamiento y estires despu\u00e9s de correr o hacer cualquier actividad deportiva.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Tendinitis aqu\u00edlea<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a1El tend\u00f3n de Aquiles!<\/strong> No es para asustarte, pero pon atenci\u00f3n a la siguiente frase: si te da, dile adi\u00f3s a tu plan de entrenamiento. Esta lesi\u00f3n obliga que debas descansar durante d\u00edas o quiz\u00e1 semanas.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #d6233f !important; color: #fff; text-align: center; padding: 12px; max-width: 80%; margin: auto;\">Es el tend\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante del cuerpo, conecta con todos los m\u00fasculos de los gemelos y es el causante de que puedas correr, saltar y caminar.<\/div>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo prevenir las lesiones?<\/h2>\n<p>Cuidarse de las lesiones es toda una disciplina en la vida, algo as\u00ed como alimentarse bien todos los d\u00edas: siempre debes de procurar hacerlo. Por eso, para <strong>prevenir este tipo de lesiones tienes que poner atenci\u00f3n en los siguientes puntos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacer un <strong>buen calentamiento.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Realizar <strong>estiramientos<\/strong> al terminar de hacer ejercicio.<\/li>\n<li>Elegir el <strong>calzado<\/strong> adecuado.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar <strong>hielo o fomentos<\/strong> cada que sientas alguna molestia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan que las lesiones se presenten una y otra vez durante el a\u00f1o; esto no es normal.
