Por eso, en esta ocasi\u00f3n <strong>te compartimos una rutina completa de entrenamiento<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ada por las especialistas de nuestra cl\u00ednica de rehabilitaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, <strong>Cecilia Camberos<\/strong> y <strong>Mar\u00eda L\u00f3pez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Importancia de ejercitar tu piso p\u00e9lvico<\/h2>\n<p>En este blog ya te contamos que el suelo p\u00e9lvico es el<strong> grupo de m\u00fasculos que mantiene en su lugar a los \u00f3rganos de la pelvis<\/strong>, entre ellos la vejiga, el \u00fatero, el recto y la vagina.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, t\u00fa ya sabes que cuando esta cadena muscular es d\u00e9bil, <strong>los \u00f3rganos p\u00e9lvicos pueden sufrir un prolapso<\/strong>, es decir, pueden perder sustento y caerse, lo que a su vez puede provocar <a href=\"\/blog\/principales-disfunciones-suelo-pelvico-tratamientos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trastornos como la incontinencia urinaria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sus efectos tambi\u00e9n pueden reflejarse en la esfera sexual femenina o masculina<\/strong>, algo que viene acompa\u00f1ado de problemas emocionales, por ejemplo, en la baja de autoestima por la <a href=\"\/blog\/disfuncion-suelo-pelvico-hombres-clinica-rehabilitacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ausencia de deseo sexual en la pareja<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Estas son algunas razones por las que tanto hombres como mujeres deben ejercitar su suelo p\u00e9lvico y, con la siguiente rutina diaria, ver\u00e1s que es muy f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<h2>Piso p\u00e9lvico <em>challenge<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><strong>NOTA:<\/strong> en todos los ejercicios debes tener apretado el piso p\u00e9lvico (como si aguantaras las ganas de orinar).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>CALENTAMIENTO<\/strong> (5 min. aprox.)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Haz 3 series de 10 contracciones (aprieta y suelta los m\u00fasculos p\u00e9lvicos) de 3 a 10 segundos cada una. Descansa 20 segundos.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>EJERCICIOS CON PELOTA DE PILATES<\/strong> (15 min. aprox.)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[2 series de 12 repeticiones por ejercicio, con 20 segundos de descanso intermedio]<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Debes sentarte en la pelota con los pies en el suelo y la espalda derecha. Cuida que los isquiones (los huesitos de las nalgas) est\u00e9n bien apoyados. Pon las manos sobre la cadera para que controles bien los movimientos y solamente muevas la pelvis. Mientras inhalas, empuja la cadera hacia atr\u00e1s (como si sacaras la cola). Al exhalar, mete la pelvis como si hicieras una cuchara con el ombligo.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-907 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/rehabilitacion-piso-pelvico-TherapyCord-Oct19-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"331\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Cambia a movimientos laterales: si empiezas hacia la derecha, toma aire y s\u00e1calo cuando vayas hacia la izquierda. Para la segunda ronda, invierte la respiraci\u00f3n (inhala a la izquierda, exhala a la derecha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-917\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/rehabilitacion-piso-pelvico-TherapyCord-Oct19-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"291\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Si\u00e9ntate en el piso, con la espalda derecha y los brazos apoyados con las manos hacia atr\u00e1s. Pon la pelota entre las piernas, inhala, aprieta el abdomen y al exhalar apri\u00e9tala fuerte 5 segundos, como si quisieras reventarla. Relaja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-909 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/rehabilitacion-piso-pelvico-TherapyCord-Oct19-03.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"425\" height=\"291\" \/><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Acostada(o), flexiona las piernas 90\u00ba y pon la pelota entre las rodillas. Inhala, pon fuerte el abdomen y aprieta la pelota 5 segundos. Relaja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-910 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/TherapyCord-rehabilitacion-piso-pelvico-ejercicio-1-D.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"364\" height=\"291\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong>EJERCICIOS DE PISO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[2 series de 12 repeticiones por ejercicio, con 20 segundos de descanso intermedio]<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Acu\u00e9state boca arriba, con las piernas flexionadas y los pies en el piso. Inhala, aprieta el abdomen y levanta la pelvis del suelo por 10 segundos. En la exhalaci\u00f3n relaja y baja la pelvis al piso.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-912\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/rehabilitacion-piso-pelvico-TherapyCord-Oct19-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"204\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Levanta la pelvis y, al inhalar, acerca una rodilla al pecho, est\u00edrala hacia el frente, vu\u00e9lvela a flexionar y regr\u00e9sala al piso.
