No obstante, esto puede derivar en<strong> lesiones por esfuerzo repetitivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Tambi\u00e9n conocidas como trastornos por sobrecarga, <strong>este tipo de patolog\u00edas tienen mayor impacto en la masa muscular<\/strong>, con un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scielo.br\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1517-86921998000200002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">42% de lesiones<\/a> en estos tejidos durante una temporada deportiva completa, por encima de las ligamentosas (23%), \u00f3seas (9%) y articulares (9%).<\/p>\n<p>Como una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapycord.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cl\u00ednica de rehabilitaci\u00f3n deportiva<\/a> a la vanguardia en tratamientos y diagn\u00f3sticos fisioterap\u00e9uticos, hoy en <strong>TherapyCord<\/strong> te queremos hablar sobre las sobrecargas musculares y c\u00f3mo puedes prevenirlas.<\/p>\n<h2>Tipos de sobrecarga muscular y s\u00edntomas<\/h2>\n<p>Una sobrecarga muscular es una contracci\u00f3n que presenta de forma involuntaria pero continua en las fibras musculares. Algunas de las partes del cuerpo que m\u00e1s da\u00f1o suelen presentar son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las extremidades superiores<\/li>\n<li>Las piernas<\/li>\n<li>El cuello<\/li>\n<li>Los hombros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este blog ya revisamos <a href=\"\/blog\/lesiones-musculares-las-mas-comunes-y-por-que-se-producen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">las 5 lesiones musculares m\u00e1s comunes y sus causas<\/a>, as\u00ed que en esta ocasi\u00f3n daremos un breve repaso a una <strong>clasificaci\u00f3n general con base en criterios de benignidad o severidad<\/strong>, siendo las benignas aquellas que permiten retomar la actividad deportiva con mayor rapidez tras la lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-865\" src=\"https:\/\/cookie.seo-consultoria.com\/blog-therapy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/TherapyCord-tipos-lesiones-musculares.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\"><\/p>\n<p>Entre las lesiones por esfuerzo repetitivo m\u00e1s comunes en j\u00f3venes deportistas, podemos mencionar las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fracturas por estr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Hombro de nadador<\/li>\n<li>Codo del lanzador<\/li>\n<li>Rodilla del corredor<\/li>\n<li>Tendinitis de Aquiles<\/li>\n<li>Enfermedad de Osgood-Schlatter<\/li>\n<li>Enfermedad de Sever<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobre los s\u00edntomas de sobrecarga muscular, los m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dolor fuerte y localizado en la zona afectada<\/li>\n<li>Inflamaci\u00f3n y enrojecimiento al tacto<\/li>\n<li>Rigidez y pesadez en ciertos movimientos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y entre las causas de estos accidentes musculares, frecuentemente se encuentran:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mal entrenamiento, por defecto o por exceso<\/li>\n<li>Calentamiento insuficiente<\/li>\n<li>Fatiga al final de una competici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Debilidad debido a una lesi\u00f3n previa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Otros factores contribuyentes son el fr\u00edo y la humedad, la edad de la persona y la falta de una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada.<\/p>\n<h2>Prevenci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n neuromuscular<\/h2>\n<p>Para cualquier caso de sobrecarga muscular, lo que normalmente se recomienda para prevenir lesiones futuras es un <strong>cambio de r\u00e9gimen de entrenamiento<\/strong>, ya sea con m\u00e1s descansos entre sesiones, una dieta reforzada o alternar m\u00e1s los ejercicios, dependiendo del grupo muscular que deseas trabajar.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, muchas veces esto no es posible debido a que, en disciplinas como las carreras y el marat\u00f3n, los ciclos de competencia son muy cortos.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar perder condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y corregir descompensaciones que deriven en un ciclo patol\u00f3gico, la <strong>activaci\u00f3n neuromuscular<\/strong> es una t\u00e9cnica que, desde su creaci\u00f3n en Noruega en 1991, cada vez gana m\u00e1s adeptos en la terap\u00e9utica deportiva.<\/p>\n<p>Esta metodolog\u00eda \u2013denominada Redcord Neurac\u00ae, abreviatura de neuroactivaci\u00f3n muscular\u2013 consiste en una <strong>serie de ejercicios sobre cuerdas y soportes en suspensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, cuyo objetivo es identificar y restaurar los patrones de movimiento funcional.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-posteo\"><script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/embed\/medias\/djtpeo597e.jsonp\" async=\"\"><\/script><script src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/assets\/external\/E-v1.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"wistia_responsive_padding\" style=\"padding: 56.25% 0 0 0; position: relative;\">\n<div class=\"wistia_responsive_wrapper\" style=\"height: 100%; left: 0; position: absolute; top: 0; width: 100%;\">\n<div class=\"wistia_embed wistia_async_djtpeo597e videoFoam=true\" style=\"height: 100%; position: relative; width: 100%;\">\n<div class=\"wistia_swatch\" style=\"height: 100%; left: 0; opacity: 0; overflow: hidden; position: absolute; top: 0; transition: opacity 200ms; width: 100%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"filter: blur(5px); height: 100%; object-fit: contain; width: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/fast.wistia.com\/embed\/medias\/djtpeo597e\/swatch\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En palabras de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redcordiberica.com\/redcord-reducir-tiempo-recuperacion-pacientes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fisioterapeuta brasile\u00f1a Elisabeth dos Santos Pinheiro<\/a>, <strong>en la terapia Redcord cada movimiento es \u201cestrat\u00e9gico\u201d<\/strong> ya que se genera una comunicaci\u00f3n entre el sistema nervioso central (cerebro) con los dem\u00e1s sistemas del cuerpo (por ejemplo, los m\u00fasculos).<\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplo de efectividad del m\u00e9todo Neurac, la experta mencion\u00f3 el caso de un atleta de <em>crossfit<\/em> con diagn\u00f3stico de tendinitis y bursitis de hombro.
