{"id":1559,"date":"2021-02-26T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.therapycord.mx\/?p=1559"},"modified":"2021-03-02T00:31:12","modified_gmt":"2021-03-02T00:31:12","slug":"mindfulness-fisioterapia-beneficios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandbox.cliento.mx\/therapycord\/mindfulness-fisioterapia-beneficios\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness y fisioterapia: beneficios rec\u00edprocos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las actividades de nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos enfrentan a diferentes retos (ya sean personales, laborales, acad\u00e9micos, deportivos, etc.), los cuales conllevan una carga emocional que, en muchas ocasiones, desemboca en el temido estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este fen\u00f3meno, la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud\n(OMS) ha recomendado las t\u00e9cnicas de \u201ccapacitaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s\u201d como\nuna soluci\u00f3n a esta problem\u00e1tica, sobre todo en el \u00e1mbito laboral. Y entre las\nmismas se encuentran los programas de <em>mindfulness <\/em>o\nconciencia plena, que han demostrado su eficacia para muchas condiciones\nf\u00edsicas, psiqui\u00e1tricas y tambi\u00e9n en sujetos sanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <em>mindfulness<\/em> lo\npodemos definir como la capacidad que tenemos los seres humanos de estar\natentos al momento presente, con toda nuestra atenci\u00f3n puesta en lo que estamos\nhaciendo. Es la pr\u00e1ctica de estar presente en la experiencia, sin rechazarla ni\naferrarnos a ella. Facilita la armon\u00eda, el equilibrio mental y la plenitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prestar atenci\u00f3n en el aqu\u00ed y ahora<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de la fisioterapia se utiliza para ayudar a los\npacientes a ser conscientes de la importancia de cambiar sus posturas y\nayudarlos a integrar movimientos y ejercicios en su vida diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas son las 3 \u00e1reas clave para aplicar el <em>mindfulness<\/em> en la terapia f\u00edsica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Tener conciencia del problema<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el problema que debo atacar? Al acudir a terapia,\nla labor del fisioterapeuta es identificar los principales problemas que\nnecesitas atender, ya sea sobre postura, flexibilidad, fuerza, problemas\nmusculares, resistencia, etc. Sin una conciencia o un enfoque en lo que debe\ncambiar, es muy f\u00e1cil ignorar sus signos y s\u00edntomas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, es f\u00e1cil volver a los viejos h\u00e1bitos o posturas que\nprovocan da\u00f1o en nosotros. Tenemos nuestra mente concentrada por completo en el\ntrabajo, dejando de lado la postura. El objetivo es prevenir el dolor y una\nposible disfunci\u00f3n si dejamos pasar el problema y no hacemos cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.cliento.mx\/therapycord\/redcord-ejercicio-para-oficinistas-rehabilitacion-ortopedica\/\" target=\"_blank\">&lt;&lt; Redcord: ejercicio para oficinistas que no hacen ejercicio&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Tener la intenci\u00f3n y elaborar un plan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuar y tener la intenci\u00f3n de cambiar los malos h\u00e1bitos. En un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.orsphysicaltherapymiami.com\/single-post\/2020\/05\/19\/mindfulness-and-physical-therapy\" target=\"_blank\">art\u00edculo de Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists<\/a> se detalla que los tejidos blandos y las articulaciones de nuestro cuerpo se nutren a trav\u00e9s del movimiento de rango completo. Cuando hay disfunci\u00f3n, nuestros cuerpos tienden a no querer moverse tan bien y sustituimos patrones de movimiento eficientes por otros m\u00e1s alterados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro sistema musculoesquel\u00e9tico hace cambios que pueden\npermitirnos seguir funcionando por un tiempo. Pero, cuando estos cambios llegan\na un punto en el que ya no funcionan y no se pueden tolerar m\u00e1s, comenzamos a\nexperimentar dolor. Ya sea por permitir que ciertas zonas del cuerpo se\ndebiliten, por el endurecimiento de m\u00fasculos o por el estr\u00e9s de ciertos tejidos\nsobre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fisioterapeuta te puede ayudar a identificar la disfunci\u00f3n musculoesquel\u00e9tica y luego te dar\u00e1 ejercicios, movimientos y actividades para reforzar los movimientos y actividades mejorados para ayudar a recuperar un movimiento m\u00e1s eficiente y con menos s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Ser consistente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La repetici\u00f3n es el tema fundamental en este punto: es\nnecesario ser constante con las acciones de mejora ya que todos nuestros\npatrones de movimiento se refuerzan con la repetici\u00f3n. Los movimientos que se\npractican regularmente, bueno o malos, se aprenden y refuerzan a trav\u00e9s de la\nrepetici\u00f3n.
